At Splendid Casting we love a challenge, so we enjoyed getting our teeth into this clever brand launch campaign for Arvida. Our mission was to cast five retirement village residents, and to match them with the ‘thirty something’ version of themselves – the ‘age they feel’.
The key was really to cast the net as wide as possible, to give director James Anderson plenty of mix and match options …. and also to find distinctive, likeable characters, to help bring out the humour of the script. Mission accomplished! It certainly puts a smile on my face every time I watch it 🙂
